The Leadership of the church consists of the Elders, Deacons, and Ministers. The Elders are the spiritual overseers of the ministry of this church. They are men elected by the congregation for their wisdom and spiritual maturity who, under God's guidance, lead the church. (I Timothy 3, Titus 1:5-9) The Deacons are servants, elected by the congregation for their wisdom and spiritual maturity, who work in various aspects of the ministry of the church, under the guidance of the Elders. The church presently has three full time ministers on staff. We have a Preaching Minister, who ministers through preaching, teaching, counseling, and visitation. We also have an Associate Minister of Outreach/Discipleship, who organizes and leads in the spiritual development of our congregation through discipleship groups whose main emphasis is evangelism. We also have an Associate Minister of Youth who organizes and leads the spiritual development of our youth and children’s ministries. The Associate Minister of Youth is assisted by two, part time interns. These ministry positions also work with and under the guidance of the Elders.
